Stemming from her doctoral research and experience working in trauma settings, she has a strong interest in trauma and takes a trauma-informed approach to her practice.
Rosie collaborates with her clients to develop the best evidence based treatment plan for their needs, working from an integrative therapeutic approach including interventions such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Schema Therapy, Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy.
